Dashboard Login Information

Our customer dashboard has recently been upgraded, it currently includes some of the following features:

• View your current services status (check it's online, and how many devices are connected).

• Manage your billing, such as changing your payment method, and pausing your plan.

• See how much your next bill will be, and any credits and overdue payments on account.

• View the data use and signal strength of your link.

We are soon to release the following (non-exhaustive) list of features - some of which were available in our old dashboard, but not yet in this new one.

• Change your WiFi password.

• Reboot your devices.

• Detailed connected device statistics.

• You'll need to enter your billing email address to get started.

• Each time you log in, we'll email (and SMS if you supplied your mobile number) a login code which must be entered to proceed.
