Our My MyFi plan is perfect for owners, residents, and those looking to provide free WiFi to their holiday guests - with full support provided via our helpdesk.
What is My MyFi?
Our My MyFi plan mimics the service you would expect if you were having home broadband installed.
You get your own secure WiFi network, unlimited devices, and downloads, and you and your guests are fully supported by our helpdesk.
How does it work?
By installing an external access point, which also serves as your router, we wirelessly connect your property to our main distribution feeds on the site.
From your router, we drop a cable inside the property (which you are free to connect any of your wired devices to), and also supply a WiFi access point for your wireless devices to connect to.
How do I get it?
We will first agree on a suitable installation date for your service.
While waiting for your appointment we ask that you visit our set-up pages to configure your billing and WiFi details.
Our engineer will arrive and discuss with you a suitable location for your equipment.
They will then take care of installation, configuration, and handover, making sure that when they leave your service is fully active and ready to go, this includes help connecting any wireless devices.
Unfortunately running cabling for wired devices falls outside the scope of the installation, but is possible for an additional charge, please contact us before booking to discuss this if required.
Once we receive confirmation of your successful installation, we trigger billing to begin for your monthly subscription.
How much does it cost?
The monthly subscription fee is £27.50, this gives you your own private network, unlimited data, and unlimited devices.
The subscription can be paid via Debit / Credit Card, Apple Pay or Direct Debit.
Full installation costs £149.00, and a remote activation (for existing installations) costs £49.00.
We are also pleased to offer a filtering service if desired - the filter can block adult and illegal websites, and known malicious websites, protecting you and your guests.
The filtering service is an annual fee of £18.00.
