No Login Page

When you connect to one of our WiFi networks, the login page should, in most cases, automatically appear.

The login page allows you to allocate an internet slot to your devices on your WiFi plan and get them online.

However, there are instances where the login page may not automatically pop up. There could be several reasons for this. In such cases, the easiest way to resolve the issue is to follow the steps outlined in our "Linking Other Devices" help article.

Alternatively, if another device is not available, please try the following steps:

  1. Ensure the device is connected to our guest WiFi network.

  2. Select the option to cancel and use the WiFi anyway, or continue without the internet. Please note that these options may vary depending on the device and operating system.

  3. Open your web browser and navigate to https://dashboard.myfi-zones.co.uk.

If none of the steps above allows you to get online, please raise a support request, and our team will be happy to assist you.
