Go Online (After Purchase)

There are a few ways to log in for internet access to a device after purchasing:

  • Via the dashboard (https://dashboard.myfi-zones.co.uk)

    • Connect all devices you wish to use to our guest WiFi service, but only log in to your account via one of them.​  Leave the others on the login page.

    • Select an internet slot to allocate to one of your devices.

    • A list will be shown of all devices (site-wide) connected to our guest system that have not been given internet access.  If the device you're looking for is not shown, check its MAC address against the list or press refresh - devices can take up to 60 seconds to show on the list after first connecting, and will only show when connected.

    • Allocate the slot to one of your devices, our system will grant that device internet access, you may need to then disconnect and reconnect it to the WiFi for it to recognise the connection.

    • Consoles and Smart TV can be done the same way.

  • Via an Access Code

    • Each device slot has an 'Access Code' associated with it - these can be used by the device log in page when it has connected and is being logged in via our WiFi service.

    • To view the access codes, please log in via the dashboard.

  • Log in to each device and assign a slot one by one.

    • This process works the same as option one above, however, when you access the connected device list, the current device you're using is highlighted in black, making it easier to know which you are logging in.​

  • Coming soon - the park office can log in your devices to your plan.

    • We're currently testing a process whereby the park office can view your access codes and assign devices to your codes for you.  The device must be connected to our guest WiFi for them to be able to do this.​
